Return and Refund Policy Furbies 

We have a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at furbiescare@gmail.com . Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as pet treats or food, custom or personalized products, and personal care or hygiene items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non refundable.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product once approved and place a new order separately.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a defective or incorrect item).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.
