Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, processing times may take slightly longer.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times
United States: 5 to 9 business days
International: 7 to 12 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other events outside our control.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after your purchase. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2 to 5 days to appear in the carrier system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Furbies is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Lost or Delayed Shipments
